I have some stuff on DVD and want to enhance the sound on it. Will I have to extract or rip the sound separately and then add it back in after processing, or can the sound editing be done some other way without actually separating it from the video footage? Can anybody recommnd a programme that will give good results. I wish to add EQ and bass enhancement.
Thanks

you'll have to extract the sound first, i haven't yet seen any software that will let one edit sound within a video file.
i still use good ol' Cool Edit Pro for stuff like this, the "Parametric Equaliser" in there gives pretty good results... Good luck!
