This DVD has been circulating for some time, but it seems to have made its way into the public domain. I pulled this version from Usenet a while ago. I'm sure it will be upgraded now that this version is out, in which case I'll retire this, but enjoy this in the meantime. I think there may be a problem with CD1. Windows Media Player chokes on it.
