Aside from BBC radio sessions that are quite well-documented what is there?
The rough trade/Troy Tate rough mixes
The Troy Tate "core" versions
The Troy Tate "rare" mixes
The Decibel demo of "Suffer Little Children"
"How Soon Is Now" out-take from the Italian 12" (ok not unreleased technically!)
Any more?

I think "The Songs That Saved Your Life" details much of the stuff that hasn't (don't own it myself - yet!).
Just interested in what else people have.

Yes there is. There are alternate takes of every title the band wrote. Usually more than one.

Reason i ask is am i right in thinking that an an-electric version of Rubber Ring and a version of Frankly Mr Shankly with horns on are new to us?
And an instrumental take of Shoplifters too?

Yeah they just leaked on the internet last week. Love that reggae-ish demo of "Rubber Ring". Quite a few Smiths demos sound reggae-ish, it's surprising.

Frankly Mr Shankly sounds like it's been transferred slightly too fast, Moz's vocal sounds too high-pitched.

I've just changed the pitch in audacity by two percent downwards (without changing the tempo) and Frankly Mr Shankly sounds much more natural now.
Have a go and see what you think!

Me too, I've got it on my USB Stick, one of the best outtakes I've listened to! Frankly Mr Shankly (With The Horns) sounds great also! I always think of that playing in the actual version now!
