Filmed from the left side front of the balcony using a Sony DCR-SX50. This was the first time I'd used this camera, and I had a little trouble getting everything connected and up and running at the begining of the show. As a result a lot of the first song was just out of focus blobs (the auto-focus on this camera is not great in low light). So I've cut in some youtube footage over the worst of that, and although its not quite the same resolution its quite watchable. The rest of the film as shot. The camera records mpeg onto solid state memory. I recorded in Highest quality (so 2*DVDs worth), and had had to convert and re-compress to get it onto one DVD. I think some of the places where there's a lot of movement have suffered a bit. The films a little shaky in places ... those small cameras are quite difficult to keep perfectly still for long periods of time, and when you're zoomed in it all gets exagerated. But overall I think its quite a good watch. Perhaps not the best of the London shows in terms of performance, but with 6 Smiths songs its certainly interesting.
I guess most people here are too young to appreciate old Ernie :(

A film of the famous bun fight on Commercial Road, where Ernie was killed by a stale pork pie .... oh no ... I've given the ending away.
