This is from an unknown gen tape.
This is another request. I think I got this tape from Joe Kelly, who may be able to give some more info on this tape.
I believe he told me that he bought it in a Dublin Market, from a guy who (we thought) Paul & I had traded with during our stay to see the next day's show. If that's the case, then the tape is probably 3rd gen.
There's some tape wobble at the start of the concert, mainly during the intro and first part of the 1st song ... but it seems to settle down after that, and is a very listenable recording.

I forgot I ever gave you a copy of this ! Myself and a few pals used to trade with the main 2 bootlegs sellers in Dublin. So our copy is either an M1 direct from the taper or an M2 from the guy across the street. That would make Steve's either an M2/M3. I'll have a better idea when I get to see tape cover which is in my folks house ! That should show whether the cover is original or has been photocopied !

What a surprise !!!! Stop me if i'm wrong, but .... it seems we have here the rarest and greatest "Hand in Glove" version. Actually, it seems Johnny keep his acoutic guitar (the one for Please Please Please) for Hand in Glove. It sounds fantastic like this.
Can anyone confirm this to me ? Is it the only performance ever of Hand in Glove with an acoustic guitar ? By the way, thank you very much to the taper, jm kelly and, of course, Steve for providing this show i have requested.
