Excluding any post-split Best Of/Singles collections.
I'll go with:
These Things Take Time
This Charming Man
How Soon Is Now
on Hatful Of Hollow, absolutely love that version of T.C.M, prefer it to the other versions.
Not far behind would be:
Back To The Old House
Reel Around The Fountain
Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want
at the end of Hatful Of Hollow.

While I like it, I like the other version more. I feel the bass is slighted on the hatful version, it feels less punky.
as for 3 songs, mine without a doubt would be:
That Joke Isn't Funny Anymore
Nowhere Fast
Well I Wonder
bear in mind that How Soon Is Now was not supposed to be on Meat Is Murder.

Yeah, that's the basis i'm working on too, only albums that are as they were when available on Rough Trade.
I'll allow This Charming Man on the debut though as it was on the cassette and the CD.
Some good suggestions so far.
