Hi I'm new to torrents and I have a ADSL connection with 128kbps Down and Upload and my ISP only allow me to download 4GB in a month after this I need to pay for the extra bandwidth.
Anyone now in general how much I can seed with this connection without comprimising my navigation? I usually download a show or mp3 in the month using 800mb more or less and the rest is for emails and surf
I don't know if is there a way to automatic control the quantity of megabytes seeded
Any help will be appreciated

I don't think there's any way in utorrent to say 'stop seeding once I've seeded X gb' although there might be another program that will let you do that. If you click on your profile it will tell you how much you've seeded, so you could always keep an eye on that.
Don't know how much bandwidth regular surfing uses up.
Couldn't you get an ISP without those restrictions? I don't know a lot about ISPs in São Paulo though ;)

I start looking another adsl services here, but currently I´m unemployed and my wife is paying the bills, in general all other services cost much more, but as soon I get more band I will start seeding other shows.
