A comment: The first 40 seconds of the "What Difference Does It Make" file are silent. However it's not the case in the much inferior alternate transfer of the same recording which is commonly found on MP3. Did something go wrong in your transfer/conversion? Because yours is first generation, it would be expected to be complete.

steve ^® Gender: Longevity: 13 years Posts: 400	20-Sep-2009 10:26 (after 10 hours) I haven't had much spare time over the last couple of weeks, so I've not done any new transfers. This transfer is one that I had put onto CD probably 7 or 8 years ago. My CD copy does indeed have 40 seconds of silence at the beginning of What Difference. It also sounds very fast. Just had a listen to the original tape, and there's no gap on that. I should probably do the transfer again. I have better AD converters now and better software to slow the recording down to the correct speed I'll revisit this in the coming weeks
